Arrival Of Your Order
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Whitetail Supply within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. If the package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the item.
Read all instruction manuals BEFORE using your equipment.
Whitetail Supply will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Case Warranty
All cases come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase, against UV damage & fading.
Return / Exchange Policy
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 14 days for Misc. merchandise, and 7 days for Video Systems, Camera and electronic systems. After this time If we feel the return is reasonable and agree to accept return of an item, there is a standard 10% restocking fee.
You must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for a return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Orders placed from international areas outside the mainland United States (such as Malaysia, Alaska, Canada) and all other origins are subject to additional shipping charges based on the flat rate shipping charge to your area. After your initial shipping fee has been paid with your order, sometimes it is necessary to send you a 22nd email to let you know if additional charges are due, and at this time you can pay the additional fee or cancel your order. This policy is necessary due to PayPal automated shipping calculations that may differ from actual international shipping fees for your purchase.
We must obtain your Phone Number in case your 'Customs" needs to contact you regarding your shipment. You are required to submit your phone number on your PayPal payment, in order for us to ship.
USA Additional Shipping charges: These only apply to heavy weight items, for instance the 12v batteries outweigh the % calculated during checkout. If your shipping fees are not 100% correct after you make payment, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund if you choose to not or pay the additional shipping fees associated with your order.. You will be notified by email with any difference in shipping fees.
