Solar panels are designed  with a min ma. output. This means the lower the ma. output the longer it will take to charge your battery.  The longer the solar panel is in direct sunlight the max current the solar panel can send  to reach max charge. If used in partial shade: cut the ma. output down to 1/2 the rated max.

Overall an excellent choice for performance when used correctly.
