These will fit right in your 1" pre drilled flash hole, Install a Flash Enhancer inside, do not recess the 1" hole, run a very tiny bead of black silicone/or black nail polish along the lip of the 1" hole, now drop in the 1" IR cirlce from the outside. The reason for the black silicone or paint is to seal off the edge between the IR filter and the case so no 'FLASH' will shine through. You may also push the filter into the foam flash gasket

If you are using the 'thicker lens 700-750' you can secure it to the exterior of the 1" flash hole and use a small brush line of black nail polish around the edge to allow it set over night and seal. If you want to use it inside the case and push it into the foam, and are using a pipe through the lid, you may need to bevel the top edge of the IR filter to allow it the clearance to fit under the pipe. See pictures below:

We use a bench-top belt sander, and we chamfer the top edge of the IR filter just enough to clear the pipe.

For complete beneficial results- P32 & P41 cameras, we recommend the following;

1) White flash Camera, you will need- FE over flash and our AR over the Shutter

2) Improved White flash Camera, you will need our AR glass on both the; Shutter & Flash (For those that don't want to use or don't need a flash enhancer)

1) IR flash= Flash enhancer, 670 IR filter, Optical internal glass, & our AR glass over the shutter

2) IR flash= 670 IR filter, our AR over both the Shutter and the Flash (For those that don't need a flash enhancer)

S600 & S40 IR cameras, use; AR glass over both shutter and flash, no FE is required.
