Flash Enhancer's are the same theory as a magnification principal. The more light that passes the more the enhancer can convert this light into a wave effect of flooded light.
This potentially means you can basically take any camera and enhance the flash on it, simply by placing one of the flash enhancer's over the camera flash. , however not all cameras will benefit from a flash enhancer.
This should be tested on your camera first before use, to ensure you are satisfied with the output of the lens magnification.
