These custom fitted aluminum camcorder shelves are the most important part of your entire building process. These are a must have.
It is machine cut to specific tapered design as the inside of the 1300 case has. It is a 2-piece shelf that can be slid in and further sealed to the case with 2-part epoxy, JB Weld, pc-7 or equivalent.
The long top piece is your actual camcorder shelf, this allows for the camcorder to slide right on the shelf and up to the view window without any hassle or special alignment. It has radius cut out corners and the back center rail is arched out for a tight fit against the back wall.
The bottom piece is a support for the top camcorder shelf, and divides the 2 different compartments. The left compartment is for the 12v battery, and the right compartment is for the control board of your choice.
